“Dance Like No One is Watching”

Celebrate Women’s Empowerment Month with movement, music, and connection! Join us for a judgment-free event welcoming women of all ages, sizes, and stories. Led by a amazing certified Zumba instructor, we’ll dance, laugh, and shake what our mamas gave us!

The Women’s Empowerment Group may be free with your insurance or $15 per session. Please don’t let money be the reason you miss out on the fun- options are available! Groups are limited to the first 15 people who register!
